Helen Luke on wisdom of doing duties fullyWhen I consider the Reiki principle ‘Gyo-o hage me’ or ‘Do your duties fully’, I interpret this to mean approaching our tasks (even the most everyday and seemingly mundane ones) wholeheartedly – with love, care and attention. This approach cultivates gratitude and helps us to be content and fulfilled, even when we are doing ordinary things.
