Cancellation Policy

We understand that things come up, so please get in touch as soon as you can if you have any problems with your scheduled appointment.  If you need to cancel your appointment, just give us at least 24 hours’ notice and we won’t charge you for the cancellation. In such cases, we’d be happy to re-schedule your appointment.

If you need to cancel within 24 hours of your appointment, or if you don’t come along to your appointment, we may have to charge a fee to cover our costs.
